Purely theoretical, conceptual or narrative review papers should be submitted to our sister journal Organizational Psychology Review. Therefore, your brain does the job of doing while the journal (with the help of your hands) does the job of a permanent hard drive, reflection, and planning. Please note, we no longer publish purely theoretical, conceptual or narrative review papers unless by invitation. In summary, a work journal is like a storage drive which allows you to capture, process, and articulate information with the help of your brain. Across the world, millions of workers suddenly found themselves unemployed or furloughed as businesses struggled to meet costs.

We are interested in publishing different types of high-quality empirical articles using quantitative or qualitative methods, meta-analyses and systematic reviews. EJWOP supports the Memorandum of Understanding on fostering ethical, relevant and rigorous research and, along with other journals, allows the submission of reports where reviewers are initially blind to results.ĮJWOP offers good service to the research community by giving authors constructive, high-quality and comprehensive feedback about their manuscripts in a reasonable period of time from submission (two months). As an interdisciplinary journal, articles are welcomed from all areas and demographic groups that fall within the community work arena. Now with more and larger pages than ever before, the journal has a world-wide authorship, readership and editorial board. The EJWOP mission is to promote and support the development of Work and Organizational Psychology by publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed, scientific articles that improve our understanding of phenomena that develop in work and organizational settings.
